We love P.S. & Co.! Their commitment to our planet goes beyond the delicious 100% vegan fare they serve everyday – they’ve been composting with us since January of 2018 and are diverting hundreds of lbs of kitchen waste from landfills every week.

In addition to composting with us, P.S. & Co. has a plan to phase out disposable cups and take out packaging altogether by the end of 2018. Regulations are not forcing them to do this; they’re doing it voluntarily because of owner Andrea Kyan’s desire to preserve our environment and promote a sustainable lifestyle.
